+14 Crimson Mace[2] will be better than the +12 Robot's Arm[2] in terms of ATK on medium and large.
For small size, Crimson Mace will be a lot better than Robot's Arm.
Robot's Arm's +20 Crit is pretty nice for crit battle AB, though.
Saving robot's arm for WK card may not be a good idea since we are getting Crimson Mace earlier than that.

Crimson Mace is level 3 weapon and robot's arm is level 4.
If you want to compare with +14 Robot's arm, you better compare with +15 Crimson Mace.
Since making +15 on level 3 weapon is a lot easier than making level 4 to +14.
And, this case, +15 Crimson Mace will be better than +14 Robot's Arm anyways.

why not comparing +14 crimson mace to +14 robot's arm?
+1 for this... It makes no sense in comparing a +14 crimson to a +14..when its fair to compare a +14 crimson to a +14 robot arms.. Or
a +15 crimson to a +15 robot arms.. and in any case robot arm > Crimson mace on any EVEN upgrade

Do you guys understand the difference of level 3 weapon and level 4 weapon?
+15 Crimson Mace
475 + STR/200 * 80
+14 Crimson Mace
437 + STR/200 * 80
----------------------------
+15 Robot's Arm
377 + STR/200 * 195
+14 Robot's Arm
363 + STR/200 * 195
If your STR is higher than 170, +15 Robot's Arm will be better than +15 Crimson Mace.
But, you need about 40 times more HD Bradium to refine Robot's Arm comparing to +15 Crimson Mace.
Item description of Crimson Mace is a bit obscure, if it gives 5x17 ATK for base level instead of 5x11, Crimson Mace gives 30 more ATK than the calculation above.

@Yugacky: I hadn't heard about Crimson Mace, thanks for mentioning it. I went on to read about it and apparently there's also gonna be a Level 4 "Vicious Mace" which drops from monsters with random bonuses e.g. against undead. I like battle bishops so it's sure nice they're adding more maces like these and Robot's Arm.

So what is the final verdict? Crimson Mace or Robot's Mechanical Arm?

So, now that we have got those Crimson weapons, what do you guys think? Is Crimson Mace really better than Robot's Arm?

And Quadrille [2] if it can be enchanted, is the bestestestest.
Tho I don't think it can, still, 10% on demihuman + 10% on undead/earth is p dank.

carga < crimson < robot
Time to save up for the Robot's Arm then.
Wonder if I can find some use for my Crimson Mace once I try to get it past +7 though (leveling alts, maybe?)

Considering you can use it from 70, yeah, definitely. Also, it's an easy source of holy elemental damage. Shadow is simple enough to get, but holy not so much.
Also, boo that you can't enchant Quadrille [2] (or maybe not, not like Suras need a boost.)
