I've seen a thread before about the stella in legend state which doesn't get additional boost aside from the random stats that you will get unlike the solars and lunar. I'm suggesting a simple boost from stella like additional health and mp like the other rings when you make it legend.

Hey there! I'll mention it to Staff again, but I THINK that they were always intended to be this way. Either that, or it was a limitation of the game, or both.
