again, in terms of crit burst damage depends on how much total ATK you already stacked. people with lower ATK will find wakwak better at 120 str, people with high ATK will find petal better at 120 luk.

Fatal 10 is for Petal - Crit Damage
If u had
Fighting Spirit 16 thats for Wakwak

Answer depends on your natural STR, LUK, and how much atk  and crit% damage you are stacking from other sources. 

 

I'm assuming you're a crit GX, and so the answer is probably going to be petal.

 

The two multiply, so you don't want to overload one and leave the other hanging.
