For those that couldn't partake in that quest before.
A Pendant of Maelstrom would be better than The Sign in almost every situation.

Far as I know, didn't try.
A Pendant of Maelstrom would be better than The Sign in almost every situation.
This is a cheaper way of doing things.
No hidden slot.
