Well now that we have shadow refine event. Spellflow set makes a great alternative to Phen card accessory. So you can opt for more reduction like HBP , GFS , or Nidd.  You also can wear a partial set to reduce SP consumption. 

I still prefer Max iFAW spell for my AB however. I notice the cast time differences, and I can easily transfer them to my sorc and gene.
