After I downloaded the installer.exe then running it as an administrator, a small tab named Host appears and text displayed is Host_SingleInstance, and after that, nothing happens.
I've tried re-downloading the installer.exe at the main website but it still gives me the same error. Anybody else experiencing this one? And also, please help ^_^

You may have to add the installer to an exceptions / white-list on your anti-virus.

This might help too,
CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Open Task manager
Go to processes tab
Find and end all processes related to Rose.exe
Restart with a fresh client once all processes are closed.
