Is there really a server min cast delay lock on DB?

it feels like the same to me when I tested with cast delay in 80%, 90% and 100%. The max number of DB that can be casted is only around 3 per second. Is this true? Can camp or Oda confirm this?

There's a 0.2s cooldown on the skill, and some frames you are forced to do when casting it. With some training and optimal network conditions you can pull off 4

i know there is 0,2 sec cd, but my internet only has like 20ms, so...i dont feel it is possible to reach 4 db per second:/ i have a friend fron cro, and they said cro was able to cast 5 db per second. if you have 90% cast delay reduction, you can try both Magnum Break and DB, and you will find out Magnum Break is able to cast much faster(both has same base cast delay). idk if there really a set cap on DB, but yeah i think so it does :p_sad:

As i said, there are frames you are forced to do when using it. Also spammimg self targeted skill is much different than a casted one.

Btw, having ping makes chaining skills a whole lot easier :v 130~190ms is a good range for good chaining+gameplay
