I recon you can get it back with the item recovery request item, though I'm not a 100% sure. If you decide to buy that (im item, 500IM), send a ticket to the support team saying you bought it and give whatever information you can.

You can buy it for gold too, but it's gonna cost quite a bit. I'd say the ring is worth it tho, u wont get it back later.

I think that an item recovery will do just fine in getting it back. A friend of mine has hers disappear (I'm assuming she either destroyed it, or broke it from soulcrafting. Bother are equally possible with her) and she had a lot of trouble getting it back until the item recovery requests were released. Try to be as prompt as you can getting the ticket submitted, as the game logs only go back so far.

The community appreciation ring was available only during the community appreciation event. I'd rather not see it happen again.

The event happened to thank the players for their dedication and patience when a hardware failure caused the server to roll back nearly a week, last year. What happened was completely out of the hands of the staff, and they hope nothing like that happens again.

Edit: by the way, Telzyn, did you submit the item recovery ticket yet? It can take up to several days for the support team to respond.
