would i get sued if i made a guild website but also used some of dragon sagas character themes for background? i know its all rights reserved which is why im playing it safe and asking before doing so

I'm sure that no one here would sue you, unless you began making profit off of the company's assets. I've forwarded your request to the staff, for a surefire answer, but as long as you follow the terms of service, and state that it's an unofficial site, you should be fine.

Hello! Like Chimichanga said, as long as you make sure to be clear that your site is a guild site, and not an official Dragon Saga site, and as long as you are not monetizing your site in any way, you can use the Dragon Saga art!
