Hey, Midgardians!
During our recent merge, Indonesian players that merged were missing their items. Sorry about that.
We've resolved the issue so you should be able to login and see your items now. If you are online, simply relog to have them show up.
If you played while naked and added items to your bag or character, you just need to move those items to an empty inventory slot and relog, and the original items from RO2 Indo will show up in those slots.

After the fix, all of my characters are missing now ...
Note : I have 1 new item in bag, but how do I remove it if I can't even choose my character?
IGN : Devina => DevinAmelia (recent force name change)
IGN : Artemy => server asking for name change, but I didn't change it
IGN : Katharine => D3V1N4 (recent force name change)

Same issue here, had to relog after Colosseum ended because it wouldn't send me back to Morroc and now I see empty char selection after relog.

We are aware of the character select screen issues and are working to resolve it immediately. Don't worry, your characters are still there... they're just napping.

I just realized one of my items (my claw) was replaced by an accessory (a lollipop, wtf). @____@ Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Axtar, the best way to come to a solution is to send a Ticket. The GMs will contact you and I'm sure you will have your item back.
