i want to ask, does npc for make binocular missing?
i had tried looking for it in moc_ruins,118,176 and morocc_in,76,163 but he npc not there
this is kind of bug?

The Alchemist Marius (NPC) can be found behind the castle in Morocc Town @ 171,168
