im not sure whats your build but i leveled my magic ninja to lv7x in orc field using blazing shield since its spotlighted.
After that (around 80) went to gh abbey/courtyard(spotlighted as well) to do BB for wraith/evildruid/DarkPriest using the same skill. blaze shield
reached lv99 pretty fast
