I can play the game but this thing starts to occur after maintenance

Now this thread makes more sense than your comment in the other thread because I didn't understand what you meant by ???? because I'm able to access the ftp server without any issues. Have you tried the solution #2 mentioned here?

 

Also, have you tried restarting your computer and then trying? Sometimes, at least in my case, the ftp server seems to never load but it fixes itself after I close and re-open the browser again or restart my pc.

I'm getting this too, stuck in attempt to connect file server. Restarting the PC doesn't solved the issue.

I'm assuming you tried the solution mentioned in the thread I linked above? The PC/Browser restart fixes the ftp access for me. It isn't a solution to resolving the patch server connection error though.

Which type of installer are you utilizing?  Is it the Warpportal, Steam, or Aeria patcher?

Wait a second, Aeria is connected to our RO server as well? I thought they only have registration for RO2.
