When you are buffed with Aspersio and have a Bow equipped with Silver Arrow, does % Damage stack up?

Let's say Monster with 200% weakness to Holy property:

Bow with Silver Arrow = 200 damage

With Aspersio, would it be 400 damage?

nope. doesnt stack.
better if you use elven arrow then aspersio-ed
