I accessed to Charleston Factory but got disconnected from server. 

Since then, I cannot log in to my character again.

Also, most of time when i access to Eden, I 'm disconnected from the server.

Post in the following Medivac thread. They will move your character to Prontera.

 

With the Eden error, is there any specific message you see on-screen? Or is it something like a sprite error? A screenshot would help. And since when did this error start occuring? Post Phantasmagorika update?
