I played 2-3 hrs before, I logged off and after some time when i login back the patches are downloading from 2011??

I hope you closed the patcher. If you allow it to download patches, the game folder will get corrupted. If you allowed it, then your best course of action would be to re-install the game again. Copy the folders you wish to keep a backup of, like the Screenshot, Replay, Chat, Whisper etc elsewhere and un-install the game. Reboot your PC and install the game if you have the installer. Otherwise you can grab it off the website or from Axylus' mirrors.

 

 

If however, you managed to close the patcher then get this file and replace it with the one in your RO directory. This will resolve your issue.
