Alright, so this one's once again about guild quests, specifically about getting guild exp with guildies, not alone.

 

 

So basically, the guild would get a quest similar to those kill x amount of mobs quests you normally get, but just one that's much harder. Everybody could contribute kills to this quest. The guild would have 1 week of time to complete it, and be rewarded guild exp for it. When one was completed, the guild would have to wait for next week to get another one to make it fair for guilds of all kinds of sizes.

 

 

So that's the meat of it, but I'll continue in to the more delicate stuff, could be done like this or some other way.

 

So I imagine it so that the guild leader (or a vice leader) goes to the guild manager, and asks to start a grand quest. The guild leader is then asked to choose which level range he'd like the quest to be in, 20-40, 40-60 or 60-8 for example. After choosing that the guild leader will get 3 options for the guilds grand quest to be. These would include normal field monsters as well as mission map and dungeon bosses of the chosen level.

 

They should be hard to complete as a group, more or less impossible alone, so the kill count needed should be up in the thousands. Those with mobs people would kill anyway, such as Kryos or any dungeon boss, would have a higher amount of kills required compared to something that takes roughly the same time to kill as many, but isn't beneficial to kill in any other way. So the quest could be 4000 Kryos kills but only 1000 Agnes for example. Normal monster amounts could be somewhere around 2000-3000, and again more if they had some other significant benefits to them (inside a dungeon, drop dss, drop crysolite/granite). 

 

The guild exp reward for completion could be somewhere around 5000 guild exp. This number and the number of mobs to kill in these could also be made dependent on the guilds lvl, increasing as the guild got higher level.

 

So that's that, just a nice system that'd in my opinion fit to establish a common goal for the guild to work for every week^^

This sounds better than the only way of leveling the guild. i feel like it is more exciting like this to have a week to kill so many times some boss. It would also benefit me, if for example the boss needed to kill is Kryos, i could also get gold from that. I like your idea Precrush.
