instead of just saying that things don't work please list out your steps, like what actions you are taking to try to proc the effect.

Costume: Full Moon gives +50 MATK when doing magical attack. Just tested and confirmed on Chaos server.

No. I'm only seeing the 50 atk one but no matk. Is it one of those things were one "shows" stats and the other doesn't...

Please try to use magical skills only, if you are punching the mob with your bare hands it makes sense the ATK procs. Also, I don't think the bonus effect stacks.
