I was looking to see specifically about the rules of the guilds to see what was allowed and what not.
I realized that there is nowhere to specify some rules.
There are rules? I've only seen forum rules but not the game ....

The only rules regarding guilds I'm aware of are you can't have inappropriate guild names and if you become inactive as a guildleader, you risk losing your guildleader status.

There is no "guild war" like other MMOs. Anyway you are free to attack any other guildmate in Prontera Field or Morroc one even when it's not WOE-Pvp time. It's just not nice

PVP in RO2 is basically free-for-all, yes. Good luck getting a guild to wander into the War of Emperium maps in between WoE if you want to attack guilds whenever.
