Hi there! As the topic title says, I'm a RC GX in the server Thor and am wondering what I can do at this point. I don't have much money (around <5m) at this point so I don't have good equipments at all. Which leads to the question: what can I do to level up to 120 (so I can at least try and get the Thanatos Katar)?

I'm a 110/21 GX with stats at these points:
STR: 70
AGI: 90
VIT: 50
INT: 40
DEX: 70
LUC: 1

I know I shouldn't have any points in INT, but I put points there due to running out of SP at times.

Next, these are my equipments (my stats are also there):

 

I have a RWH, but I don't have the money to upgrade it, so it's stuck like that. I also have a +4 Valkyrian Manteau which is currently on my Arcbishop.

 

Is it possible to proceed at this point? I have some problems taking Nogg mobs, as my HP leech doesn't proc often enough at times.

 

I can also try to spend some money to get KP, but I'm really reluctant on doing that.

Buy an earth deleter card for sp.

I think I have one of those, but what can I put it on? Would it work with the Durga?

AFAIK it's an armor card, go for hunter fly card on weapon.

Oh, my bad. I assumed it would be for the weapon.
I can try to get Hunter Fly cards, but I could probably only save up for one, due to zeny constraints. Unless one would suffice until 120?

Earth Deleter card will help you gain sp on killing monsters, so sp will not be a problem. Well, save that Hunter Fly card once you've reach 120 for Thana Katar.

I thought that would be the case.

Now the problem is getting to 120 with this low HP leech

Nogg Road is doable, using things like fresh fish or aloe leaflets for healing to supplement when hp leech doesn't proc.

 

Also, no reason not to at least upgrade your Durga to +5 (safe level) for some extra damage. 

 

And yeah, earth deleter card makes SP concerns a total non-issue. And remember to always EDP.

i've been using undead knight F garment card on my lvl 106 GX and it's a lot better than earth deleter. just don't swap garments too often

With poor budget i think the best is quad malicious specialty jur for leeching Hp and Incubus pet for leeching sp. But these equipment for nogg only

But i don't know Thor price, maybe these equipment expensive there

Nah you can naked run at nogg with 4HF specialty jur

with poor budget, it's cheaper to buy 3 HF cards than 4 HF cards and a specialty jur. the only reason i have a 4x HF specialty jur is i had one from a long long time ago, so i use it on my new GXs until they hit 120

Nah i hear my friend not leech enough with 3xhf jur, but it just my friend opinion. I'd personally use 4HF at nogg and leech really fine at nogg

after 120 both jur gonna change into thanatos katar anyway and people resell it, not really waste zeny

Speciality Jur is terrible; do not use. It's level 1 status and absolutely poor base attack value makes it a horrible item. Even if it procs more often, it drains way less than even a basic jur. And now, with malicious set, you need the higher proc rate less than ever.

i got to 150 with a 3x hf jur and +9 rwh. i never used any pots. 4x specialty jur is a waste of money. i got to 150 before thana katar. now you just need to get to 120 with it.

I think what help me the most at the beginning was getting a backpack and greeding everything I could and just hunt everywhere that I could at my level.

 

Also running Gramps and selling Magical Stones is really helpful. Running Hazy Forest was a daily thing as well and made good money doing that.

 

GX is the best class to start with, I am conviced. (I used to think it was Ranger). Make some friends as well and join a guild, that is going to help a ton!

 

Enjoy playing your GX as it is the one of the most versatile classes!

My brother actually has a 3x HF Jur, will that be okay with my current equipments until 120? (I can't pick it up right now though so I'm stuck with Durga)

 

So far, this is what I can do:

- Borrow 3x HF Jur and grind till 120 (provided I can pick it up) and/or upgrade Durga

- Buy Poison Bottles for EDP (They're 10k here I think?)

I think I read about that, but are there any other cheaper equipments that could be used? HBP is way too expensive for me, and I don't think I could afford a fire armor as well.

my main still an AB. i made GX for funding my AB gear, because you know AB really bad in term of making income   

with GX can make huge profit with less geared at first
