What's up everyone?
I usually get disconnected from the server, receiving this same error message: "The server is not responding". This already made me lost lots of monster count chests, fail missions, and even made me lose the achievment "God-Like Control" with my first character, since he stayed in the server a couple of seconds after I dc. Recently it's getting worse, and after today's server restart I got disconnected like this 3 times in the last 20 minutes. The strange part about this is that it only happens while I'm playing (usually each 1 hour of gameplay), but I never get disconnected when I go afk for selling my stuff, no matter how long I go away. It's really annoying (once I dc when my monster count was 895) and I would like to know if anyone has the same problem and a solution for this. Any suggestion helps!
P.S.1: I already tried disabling my firewall, didn't work
P.S.2: If possible, I am not going to download the alternative link, neither repatching the game. I live in a country with a <removed> internet speed (my download speed won't go past 600kb/s, and the average speed is 200kb/s), so it would take around 5 hours to do any of those two.

Maybe the issue is that your Internet isn't stable enough to play. Also, if you decide to redownload the game, I'd recommend doing so while you're asleep, if at all possible.

Thank you for the fast reply and sorry for the language. Still, I think it's unlikely the cause, since this is the only game that I frequently play that something like this happens.

I'm not overly tech-savvy myself, but I've gone ahead and passed along your issue along to the staff, who have done troubleshooting in the past. Hopefully when they wake up, they can help us identify the issue. :)

Thank you very much! I hope we find a solution to this problem because I love this game since it was called Dragonica  :)
