Aside from a couple short visits, i havent played in about 5 years and was curious about some "recent" events.

 

I logged on to have a look at the new/old morroc, and visited prontera for a bit as well and noticed the vend limit got raised. What limits/restrictions came with that for vending and are characters still limited to 2B?

 

i  understand there was an issue around duping MVP cards a while ago, are they all account bound now or whats the trade restrictions on them? I've got two accounts so would hate for stuff to be stranded (did this also apply to woe2.0 god items?) do desocketing coupons still work with MVP cards? a couple are in really stupid items

 

Is that a permanent thing or just until they clean it up?

 

did some other version of woe (v3.0? non-trans?) become a thing? i vaguely remember some shield god item.

Vending is 1b max.
Max a character can hold is still 2.1b
MVP cards and mini boss can't be traded. They can be traded if equipped in gear. It's strictly just the card that can't be traded.
Desocketing stil works, send a ticket and have the appropriate material.
Woe TE (no 3rd class) does exist.

Correct, but you still need the desocketing item (I forget the name).

Heroic Desocketing Book. Usually takes about 2 weeks to get one desocketed.

Because iRO still wants people to buy an item that can't be used in-game in order to tell players to ticket in their request. Even though a Value Added Service would make things more efficient, but apparently makes too much sense so they don't do it.
