i already check my extensions and i didn't find any adblockers, is there any ways to eliminate this payment error?

Please send a support ticket to the Payment and Billing department, the staff should be able to assist.

Use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge if you're on Win 10. Thhe power up button hates Chromium and Firefox based browsers. Same thing happens to me, I just use Edge.
