I really think the Exp rate is too low. even if there is TI.
In VIP mode.

Nobody wants to spend time grinding and waiting for people to join your party.
Great Game.
It's just the EXP Rate is very discouraging.

If you are having a hard time leveling, there are a lot of guides that may help you optimize your VIP service. If you are easily discouraged by the exp rate of iRO then you maybe iRO is not the game for you because RO1 will always be a grinding game.

You're playing on a wrong server if you think the experience rate is too slow with gramp TI. Official servers are the lowest rate and the grindiest server available. I personally think that's the whole point of the game. 

Each characters are not meant to be 175/60 within 2 days of gameplay. It takes people months because not only you have to build up massive amount of experience, there are other requirement such as gears and materials to farm just to progress further. The last stage of leveling from 150-175 requires social skills to consistently find a functional party, which arguably takes the longest time.

You can exploit double EXP event, spotlights, BMX3, and reset stones to make things further.  Prize medal is argubly the fastest way to 175/60, you need just about under 80,000 prize medal I believe. Most of exp items comes of the Cash shop (figured).
