Hello.  I'd like to suggest a program that will refine your gear until it reaches your desired upgrade level.  It would be nice to have this program because it's pain in the ass to upgrade your gear to +12-14.  Players would spend more KP to buy ores meaning more money to gravity. Just a proposal.

Well it could be that he's only suggesting that an NPC, still with the same success rate as the other refining NPCs, be made to keep on refining until the desired upgrade level is reached or as ores in possession of the player allow. So there will still be a whole lot of downgrades along the process. The NPC will basically just remove the manual attempts for further refinement with each failure or success; no more, no less. Coz, really, nobody wants a lifetime of clicking until a +9 or +12 or +14 (or even higher) is finally achieved. If my supposition is correct, Lilp's suggestion is mebbe not as ridiculous as it may sound.

Majority of people doesn't want to spend a lot of time clicking/entering when upgrading to +12-14 or even higher.

You would have to allow for other factors such as...
If within XXX ores and at level XX of upgrade stop upgrading. Otherwise, you pretty much guarantee your equipment is broke by the NPC. By accounting for those factors you are still enabling oversight to a point but without the guarantee of achieving a specified refinement level.

It can't break (unless using regular Carnium/Bradium, but who the hell would do that?). He is referring to post +10 upgrading.

Yes.  My friend made that and it's outdated now.  He quit and couldn't get a hold of him anymore.

Lilp, try to PM Camp, Oda, and Cinnamon to get this through. With the program your friend had made, this proposal shouldn't be too hard for iRO to implement.

Isn't it within the capacity of the GM team to implement a special NPC for this purpose? A 3rd party program would be so much fuss I doubt.

^ I agree with this. Upgrading past +10 is just a bloody waste of time. Just let us choose what upgrade we wanna attempt to go to, and as long as we have ores (hint WPE) and zeny for it, it should be allowed.
