Just a suggestion, as currently, the only way to get suffix title is to participate on seasonal Events.
When you missed it, then it's gone for good (such as Draugr Slayer, LA TOMATINA, Summer Sculptor, etc)
NEW CHARACTERS / Alts surely won't be able to get these titles.
Unless WP do plan to reactivate those old Events.
However, if that's not the case.
How about... Just give player nice Suffix title for completing Main Quest line
Straight from Mjolnir area to Morroc / Dayr
That way, people will find it useful to complete the old quest.
Enjoy the old content again, for a purpose other than trying to kill some time.
Nowadays people just skip the old contents. You know this is true.
There's so many high Master Level characters that can't even get inside Sea God Temple Dungeon.
They can't get inside Payon dimensional crack.
Because they just skipped the related Quest entirely. that's so wasteful
Suggestion :
Just add Khara Mission
Get suffix title "True Explorer" if Khara Mission page I, II, III, is cleared.
True Explorer (STR +20, INT +20, AGI +20, WIS +20, VIT +30) <-- Just an example
Don't have to give really good stats, just enough to be worth it
Keeps the Title from Events more desirable.
This will encourage player to enjoy old contents.
Because the reward worth the effort.
If some new player missed the Events, they still can have "Nice" suffix title.
Let them solo their way from early map, it'll take them a good week (or days?) per character.
Right now, i'm guessing each player are having at least 10 alts without suffix title.
Good way to kill some time, eh?

Serenia gears design looks, umm.. The polite word would be "Weird"...
I'm sure many people would agree with me.
So... If WP still developing Nifleheim contents. And having no idea how the gears are supposed to look like.
Why don't you just ask us..
Create "Gear design contest" event, you know this will drive us CRAZY.
Winners would get the 4 star gears and their designs implemented.
(Green, Blue, Purple gear)
Who wouldn't want that?
