I have tried things like turning off my firewall/antivirus. I also cannot connect to ftp sites using any of my available web browser.

Also happened to me. Maybe you can also send a ticket to customer support for help.

The problem is that Enwyll131 can't open the listed FTP servers, which is something outside WP support.

 

I'd guess the user is playing from a restricted network (e.g. college), if that's the case then the network administrators need to be contacted about the issue. The other option would be to use a VPN service.
