Okay so i just logged out then i suddenly cant login again.

I use steam.

I tried redownloading/verifying cache, both doesnt work.

Did you click on "back to login" button in your steam client?

 

If the answer is yes, there is your problem. This does not work with steam.

Simply re-start the game in steam and it should work properly again.

I saw that you tried redownloading in the facebook group. I just checked for myself, and the steam client is working just fine for me. I'm not sure what to tell you, but I'm going to ask around, and see if there's any info I can pick up for you.

Thanks but i dont recall doing that and i even reinstalled the whole thing.( i always start from steam )

Hey there! As a temporary fix, go to your steam library folder (like the folder where the game is installed) and open "dragonsaga.exe" and log in from there.
If you can get in this way, you won't be able to purchase IM or unlock steam achievements.

erm, there is no dragonsaga.exe, however there is patcher.exe, i have already tried launching from there but to no avail too :/ the please check ur id bug comes out and whenver i launch from patcher.exe it doesn't save the login info and the check ur id bug keeps appearing.

You'd need to go to the "release" folder to find the executable. Sorry about that! I forgot to mention it.

The log-in problem is usually fixed after a server maintenance, by the way.

Be sure that you put the right IDs, because I have no trouble either with Steam or the original client. Even doing disconnect and just re-open the game, wait a few minutes or the next server restart fix this problem for good.

You could also try to open the WPLauncher.exe and see if the problem still remains after that, even if I doubt this has any use.
