i have a noob question about white wing brooch.This can be refined to +9?

And also it can be echanted with Expert Archer?

 

I seen in ragial that someone sell " +9 White Wing Brooch EA1/EA1"

Im very curious about this thing caause already search in irowiki and it says it can't be refined..
If so,HOW that person able to refined his WW Brooch and get EA echant as well..

No it cant, that item is a bug and should not exist, GM is looking onto it

have you guys seen my +12 Rudra's Grace? I bet you didn't.

Neither my lvl 130 SinX :v (stronger than many gxes :v)

Or when u reset on mesmerist and it gives u undesired skill points( job 42 high thief) and fks up your build.

It's a very specific case, and no the accessory cannot be upgraded nor accept such enchants.
