Vyvern News 27/5/2016
Welcome to Vyvern News, a weekly show covering the going ons of Dragon Saga. Coming up: high level daily quests get some love in this week's update, forum non-trouble trouble, and our weekly peeks to emporia and the market.
This weeks update brought many improvements to the end game hunter and guild quests, which many players have found to be too hard before. Well now you'll have to kill less, do it easier and get some extra copper while doing it! Farming lavalon will also be considerably easier, as ”Stop Lavalon's Revival!” Daily quest has been adjusted to give 3 daily keys.
This week we also got a few much anticipated changes, when the zoom effect was removed from bosses going frenzy and the annoying flinch effect when blocking was also removed.
Last week players visiting the forum were met with a concerning message about the website's security certificate expiring. But worry not, the situation was said to be harmless and with a bit of effort you could still visit the forum. This issue is now fixed as of the 31st of may, and now action is required from the users part. Happy forum browsing everyone!
Paradox won emporia this week, but for what ever reason decided not to take a castle. Perhaps they decided someone else would need it more. In the final they took down Sketchbook, a relatively new guild on the block, who's vice TTear I chatted up this week.
How'd emporia go for you this week?
”It went as usual, being overpowered, every area was camped. Cresselia sent some people with mediocre equips, that's why we won them. I don't really care about emporia, if our guild was OP we would do the same.”
I also took the chance to find out a little bit more about their guild:
Is there a story as to how you guys came to be?
”Not really. The people we recruited are coincidentally active players. And the guild leader is really taking care of out members.”
If you had to set one goal or ambition for your guild what'd that be?
”To be Dragon Saga's most friendliest and trusted guild.”
A respectable quest indeed! If YOU would like to assist Sketchbook in their endeavours, apply on the T-Board or message any of their members to be interviewed.
As always, these are my personal views on the market, based on nothing more than experience and beliefs.
An update regarding last weeks market watch tells us that star fragments haven't indeed changed in price do to being dropped from star thieves and The price of flour hasn't quite dropped as low as one could expect due to the current event dropping relatively few exp food items.
Best unity gloves have seemed to sky rocket in price since their latest appearance on the mix board, while other unity items have grown in price moderately.
Serpent forces seem to be on the up and up, going for over 2.5k each already. Get some galaxy coins and go farm that week end dungeon!
