So, i'm 107 Rebel, and i have some questions:

 

SlugShot & Dragon Tail

what's the average damage?

how to reduce the cast time?

The damage is trash for the amount of cast time and delay (100-300k). You will be dead before the slug goes off, if you can hit the mob in the first place. I have more success with Hit Barrel build for MvPing then slug + grenade.  I can gun down 3m HP MvP in about 30 seconds or less with my trusty minigun. If you're dead then got ress just switch to pistol, pop another hit barrel and start shooting.  If your  gun gets overheat after hit barrel, then it's time to run for your life for 10 seconds.

the cast delay is 90% variable..and i heard people can deal up to 1m damage with it, that's why i asked

 

may i ask what equips are you using?

I assume you're 160 in this screenshot from the 0 base exp received, right?
