Hi, I played a year ago and got VIP most months, and then stopped. Just like most of you, I came back to play again but remembered I still have some stuff in Storage number 2. Will getting 3-Day VIP allow me to open Storage #2? I am busy this month so I am not getting full month VIP. Thank you in advanced! 
PS: extra question, can 3Day VIPs get married without the 5$ bill (the cash item)?

Hmm.. after doing some research, it seems Kafra Card might be the better solution.
Still wondering about the Marriage thing tho! Anyone ?!?!

Only way to marry without VIP is with a marriage covenant. Which at the price of 500kp is completely not worth it. You'd be better off buying the 1 week VIP for 200wpe.
