I currently am unable to access the WarpPortal Home page. As submitting a support tickets requires the account ID number I can't access it to log in and write it down. I've tried a direct link through the WarpPortal forums as well as from a search engine but all methods result in a time out regardless of internet browser used. Is there another method for me to access the page or find my account ID number?

You are not the only one experiencing that error. The Tech team has been looking into it, today a few reports stated the webpage is working again but I don't think the issue is resolved for everyone. I will send you a PM shortly with troubleshooting steps.
