I've downloaded steam and then i re-downloaded Requiem (which took 2 hours cause it kept stopping and saying the file was corrupt or that the session had timed out) and then when it finally finished downloading i had to set up a new account to even get to the game loader and now that im at the loader the game wont even load! it just keeps popping up a window that says "error CRC 712" and then stops loading all together.

We've been hearing reports of this matter.  I've forwarded the information to Helium.  Hopefully we will have a resolution soon.

Any updates on this? I'm trying to download the patches as well, but get an error code called "Error CRC 718"

i'm a new player wanting to try this game on weekend with friends but none of us can play because of "Error CRC 712" (steam) and "718" (standalone installer)

 

so yeah....

So sorry you guys are having this problem. Varitas already forwarded the information to Helium so all I can suggest to do is make a ticket. In the ticket, please include the country you are connecting from.  If nothing else it will help the support team pinpoint where this is happening since it doesn't seem to be an issue for all of the players.

 

Here is the link make a ticket  https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  On that same page, click "register" to make a support account, which will allow you to view and reply to your tickets online instead of waiting for emails. 

 

Best of luck! I hope this issue is resolved soon.

as far as i know old reqq launcher does not have this problem.

So ive pretty much went down the list on what to do to make this patcher work... tried old client(re and uninstall 3 times) tired new patcher, deleting C:/ Gravity before i installed another (more then 3 times i tried) 

 

Both seem be corrupted or get an error before they can finish. I get "CRC" error with the old on as well but not on patch screen, its during the installation.

 

 

Its starting to look like its my computer..  (if so maybe I should just give up?)

 

 

I sumbitted  a ticket, they said i wasnt the only one.. a few people having this issue it looks like(obviously). Ill inform you guys if they give me anymore info on this.. I JUST WUNA PLAY AGAIN

 

 

if yall got anymore tips or tricks i could try, suggestions, please tell meeeeee!!!!!!!!! Been at it for a few days now i would appreciate it!

its not ur computer

 

it happens to other people including people like me and my friends who have never had this game before and this is the only game we have problem with

 

and from the sound of it , i doubt they can fix it

Hello,

I use to be active player 6 years ago and yesterday I decided to take a look at my old love.

Had same problem after installing the game. Still I found some old post with resolution : I've downloaded patches 718-723 manually to /patches folder (from ftp). Eventually I was able to login.

However my skills are reset, my friend list is empty and I don't know nothing about changes in the last 6 years....

Not sure what it was but it seems the issue has been resolved now.  Very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused some players.
