i am trying to find the scrolls for under level 50 blue gear for assassin, wizard and ranger  so i can do the master rank quest.

any help would be very welcome

If I recall correctly recipes for under level 50 not bought from the NPCs are from dungeons. If you are referring to blue grade gear such as resignation or rascal judgement those are from monsters in Road of Blessing or hard mode dungeons and are not from a recipe.
