Hi

 

So im finally minded enough to lvl a gene (well bio atm but soon) and i was calculating the variable cast time ill  get when i change to gene.

Assuming the calc im using is right at lvl 99 using a +9 Cod with 2 spell enchant on a faw (planning to get a Ea enchant on the last slot so my dmg isnt total crap XD) and an horrible rwc pendant with only spell 3 i end up with 16% cast time remaining ( 48% from equip and 69% from stats)

 

Since its not instant ill probably use an orlean's gown, is the +15% added to the16% making it 31% ?

Ill probably replace the rwc by a sprint ring or maybe two since i have nothing better to use anyway.

 

Anyone got some suggestion for faster cast ? Im a bit on a budget though with only 150m left XD

replace your orlean's for spellflow shadows.
get erde with spell enchants.
get temporal boots with spell enchants.

Oh right i didnt thought about using an erde, id have to switch my +7 rte 3x as though but yeah that could work. I can get 100% with a +9 cod, 3x spell faw, 2x sprint ring, 2x spell erde and spell boot.

 

Not much left for dmg though but heh, i suppose ill mess around with that till i find a decent casting time and dmg.

If you have that much of a budget to afford a decently refined spellflow set, I'll suggest renting a mjohnir instead.

 

I'm pretty sure within one month, you'll at least at least be minimum level 150. That time variable cast time gears on gene becomes obsolete. As your stats get better, you can instacast without any var cast time gears.

there's 2 ways to get instacast cart cannon/cart boost. through % or through stats. if your gen isnt like lvl 140 or higher, dont bother going for instacast through stats, go % through gear redux.

1 +9 FAW with at least spell 4/4/4 = 30%
1 +9 CoD with a Dark Illusion card = 30%

Any set of temporals with max spell enchant = 10%

2 RWC pendants. 1 must be spell 3/3, and the other must be at least spell 2/3 = 30%

And there's your 100%

I went overkill and made an instacast PK one shotting gen for low-ti leeching. too much fun /gg

I wish i had the funds for a mjolnir but...i have like 20m left till i sell some of the junk i have and even after that theres no way i can afford one XD

So far i have 86%, 30 from faw, 20 from 2x sprint rings, 20 from CoD and 16% from erde. With the stats i should have something like 5% remaining, should be good enough for now. Eventually ill get a dark illusion card and some spell temporal or maybe ill get lucky enchanting my rwc pendant lol

... Orleans is better at earlier levels...
