I don't know if this has already been answered somewhere in the forum but I can't find it

 

Why does axe boomerang still have a cooldown when wearing 2 supplementary acce?

I know that you only get the set bonus once but from the item description:

 

  Supplement Part Dex [1]

This mechanical device promotes the precise and timely execution of spells.

  • Cast Delay -10%
  • Variable Casting Time -10%
  • Reduces the cooldown of [Axe Boomerang] by 2 seconds
  • Reduces the SP cost of skills by 10%
  • Set bonus with Supplement Part Str: Increases the damage of Axe Boomerang by 100%

The cooldown of axe boomerang is 3 seconds at lvl 5

 

The cooldown reduction is not part of the set bonus, so shouldn't we get 4 seconds cooldown reduction on axe boomerang when wearing 2 supplementary acce?

I tried it but it still have a 1 second cooldown when It's suppose to be a 4 seconds cooldown reduction on a skill that have a 3 seconds cooldown,

it doesnt stack. glad it means we can have one slot open for bako or MoH

But why doesn't it stack? It's like saying 2 bako tats don't stack or 2 expert ring don't stack. Since the cooldown reduction is part of it's regular item effect

dunno. maybe Axe Boom without cooldown and be spammed by ASPD is too OP. btw how about the other effects? like cast delay, sp consumption, var cast time, are they stack?

also please check whether it is cast delay or attack delay (ASPD), coz i found cast delay in pile bunker S to be wrong, it supposed to be attack delay.

Can't check right now, cuz they changed the skill reset to only once now and I reverted my mech to mado for KB. But from what I remember the sp reduction do stack from 28mp per cast down to around 23mp. That's why I'm asking about the cd reduction since it's the same as the sp reduction as a regular effect of the item

All other effects stacks, EXCEPT DMG increase and boomerang cd, -10% sp cost and -10% after cast, but, as i see, don't worth it. :/
