Whats the penalty for kill stealing?

Hmm kinda find the *when the gm's wants* kinda thing is weird....

That means once i do that, i'll be banned. But if someone does me they gets a warning.

Seems like nothing is standard when it comes to them.

I have been consistently KSing people everyday for months now, both intentionally and unintentionally. Never got a warning. So I think you're safe. /exall comes very handy and just greed the loot and fly wing away before people got all pissed off at you for no good reason.

Didn't even realize this was a problem unless they're literally following you to try and kill everything you go after which isn't so much a matter of "kill stealing" as it is a form of active harassment.  Simplest solution I can think of is just do more damage to the mob then they are, collect your loot, and continue on your merry way.  What always gets me is when non-thief players QQ when I use "steal" on a mob as if it will effect their mob's drop rate...

I actually hate when I try mobbing someone just suddenly kill off all my mobb monster or when rogue suddenly came and snatch monster that I actualy hitting first...

I hate every single ranger solos in high TI. They just fly wing and arrow shower your mob and fly away.

 

It's impossible to mob + aim your cursor at them to show name + take a screenshot of them using arrow shower to ks at the same time so you can report them.

This high TI they were killing fine tho :/ blue dragons and thiefs are pretty squeeshy. I don't know about last High TI since I just came back.

Sometimes when I'm lagging there's 1 second delay before I can see other players.

Honestly feel like there should be a real discussion around holding community members/players/GMs/CMs accountable!

I know for me, I feel like certain people are favortised and never get punished/penalized because of who they are, how much money they spend, and their relationship with the people holding them accountable!

I honestly feel like the best way to counter KS-ing is on AN AB!

Most killing skills are ranged ! I always bring my AB or use friend's Sura to mob and Pneuma lel

It can easily be done if we can name and shame those players on forum. with proofs of course.

I had a friend who would play priest class and would cast a buff on ksers/bots, then it would show up in the log who they buffed. :V You just have to have Battle Message on.

It can be any kind of buff though as far as I know.  Of course that won't be enough proof by itself, but you can always do the in-game recording if you still think it's worth the time/effort to report them.

This is true both on forum and in game. Hyun Chul Park and his 6 comrades ( bosses of gravity ) should be more hands on with this business, in fact id love to see CM ODA interivew Hyun chul on a tiki tue
