[Resolved] Server Access Denied?

At first I was playing normally, but then I wanted to log in my alt account
After opening the second client, my alt account can't log in
It says "Server Access Denied (A) (28)", but my main account was still online
Then I tried log off my main account and I can't log in either
The deny happened
I've never experienced things like this before
Any idea?
Or is this some sort of DDOS attemp?

It was a thunderstorm..suddenly it tipped my house power..

when my power back, this happen..

maybe cm/gm can explain what just happened ?
and how long until this return to normal again?

Happening to me too. I've been playing normally then I decided to log in my other account.

My error says: "Rejected from Server: Login to WarpPortal and confirm-update your Password. (28)"

This is from Classic. I tried 2 diff accounts already to check if it was account related or what. But both have errors. About an hour ago, I'm able to log in without errors.

And like yamasakai, my character that has been logged in hours ago is fine.
