I have 2 accounts. I can log in on both accounts. But on one of them, I cannot enter the game with none of my characters. This is terrible, because I have spend money on that very account

I have tried reinstalling, but cannot enter the server. What to do?

If you tried to log in the channel one and the character is currently in PoW, try log-in in an another channel.

In general when this happens try to change channel to something else, sometimes some maps go down on certain channels!
