could we set a 10 secs cooldown on mana shield spamming them is like you are attacking a knight with OP ap.

regarding mana shield of mages its actually Over-Powered even if you try it for yourselves, i tried with a mage to mage test pvp and his MP not even going down half % always 90% and we already in Junon-cartel where you can only use blue pot and he not even use one no matter how many times he spam mana shield his MP not get lowered. it would be best to make its mp consume higher than before since attack speed got lowered much, it would only be fair... And really seriously mana shield of mages is Over-powered its like having 15kHP up-to 20k HP multiply by 10 or more in spamming it every time the shield gets lowered when being hit.
