Hi all,

 

Im still new to this game and i want to make genetic my first character. I'm planning to make AB/CC MVP genetic build. I've read some of the comment but i really need some opinion on the stat, skill and gear/weapon. 

 

Please help me because i really need help and your opinion on the stat, skill and gear/weapon.

Probably not theb est idea to make a gene first, gears and bombs are kinda expensive, well unless you plan to sell kp stuff to fund it XD

Kersya is correct Genetic is NOT a good character to start out with.  It requires way to much not just in Bombs but also in gears to be good for MVP.  Not to mention leveling is not that easy for them either.

 

 

  I would suggest for starting Character you go

 

Archer>Hunter>HArcher>Sniper>Ranger.

OR

Mage>Wiz>HMage>HWiz>WarLock

 

  They are the most newbie friendly imho.

 

  Hunters just need to use Hunter Bow and Hunter Arrows upto lvl 100 when you will switch to Elven Bow which only costs like 6m,  also upto Ranger they really need no other gears and can pretty much level safely and ounce lvl 100 you can get the White Wing Mora Gears free by doing a pretty easy quest (Find the Missing Research Tools).

 

  A 3rd option might be Assassin's as they get the Thiefs Steal skill.

imho warlock performance sucks if you have tight budget, aka first time character.
gx is more newbie friendly, and AB

GX, AB, Performer, and Ranger are the most newbie friendly because they're cheap, get parties easy, or solo really well. (Not necessarily all three at once lol)

Having a genetic as your first character is perfectly fine. No character is easier to level than a gene with sera/painkiller especially on the 100-150 level range. The issue is it takes a long time to level a homunculus. My advice to you as a new player is to get a sera and level it to 123. In the meantime, make whatever alt characters you want. Just my 2 cents.

I leveled my gx to 175 while waiting sera got her PK (amistr based)
