Hi, After clicking Play Now the game launch a white screen and nothing happen :/

I tryed to restart my computer twice, re-instal the game a few times, running the game as admin, desactivate the antivirus and i dont know what to do now, any idea to help me ?

You could try to install the game into a different location - if you have more than one harddisk try not to use c. If you only have c try to install into a different folder, for example SagonDraga.

As strange as this sounds this solution already helped a lot of people. I dunno if it is able to help you, but it is worth a try.

 

Are you graphics card drivers up to date?

 

Have you tried to start the game in window mode?

ok, I'm gonna try to install it on different folder then. I'll tell you what's happening.

Yeah my drivers are up to date, and yup i putted the game in window mode :/

Well... it looks like nobody knows how to make DragonSaga Work...

by the way i'm using window 10 ( if this one could've give me one more prob )

Try running it windowed, that option can be changed from the patcher.

I still have a white window open sayin Dragon Saga ( Patch Ver : 0.4.81 - Game Ver : 10.0.0.20 ), on the top of the window and the whole window is white with nothing inside

I'm guessing that the xml.dat is corrupted (since it contains the intro and log-in screen) but I could be totally wrong about it.

Be sure that your drivers are updated also.

You are using the Steam client btw aren't you ?

Well i'm used to not using it ( i played Dragonica years ago, and last year began to play Dragon Saga then stop to )

But after this dragon saga launcher fail i tryed to instal it on steam and I have the same problem white screen

but a weird fact is when the window is white i can hear the menu music and when i move the mouse thru the window even if it dissapear ( the mouse icon ) it does the sound that i hit ( mostly touch ) a button

So it might be a problem coming from your PC. Have you updated your drivers ? Have Direct X 9 installed ? .net framework and other important stuff you could've missed ?

Where can i find this information and where can i download them ? by the way i'm playing games like borderlands, dead islandn etc.. and i've no prob with drivers etc.. I think i've direct X 11 because windows 10 doesnt work with direct x 9 or i probably have to install it

OK i tryed to instal direct x 9 but it say it's only for windows 1995 etc... so i tryed to download a "special" version for windows 10 because windows 10 comes with direct x 12 so i just cant instal direct x9 or something like that... god i'm so confused about all of this

Okay i fixed it ! I only can play the steam version on full screen mode but it work, after running again and again the direct x 9 June 2010 version ! Thanks for the helps you tryed to give to me
