Try to use a browser without plugins or adblock of any kind, IP changes could result in not displaying the payment option.
Another thing to note about Mercado Pago that it is only available for certain telecom providers in the Brazil area, so if you hide your IP or mess with it you get that.

Thank you for your quick help, i restarted every router
used ipconfig commands
and restarted computer, now it's working perfectly...
