this is a really important answer and can explain whats going on.

AFAIK, in terms of files for the garment location they have an updated version. Not that keen on the file scripting but getting that updated one may cause issues (crash error), a specific one should be made for iRO. This info is a few months old, it could be inaccurate now.

because it feels like this problem should have been dealt with, before you guys released the garment.

You guys should give us a refund until this glitch is fixed.

I think its unfair at the way they are treating us
And its just very unpleasant that the costume was released WITH a glitch.
more testing should have been done

As of December 8th weekly maintenance [patch notes link], Costume: Amistr Bag sprite issue is resolved. Please report here if there are any other issues with the costume garment.
