if you're seeing this

 

I really need help. I have a ticket that the GMs have not replied me for 8+ days and I'm getting really worried about my lost item. I'm a player in dragon saga and I've PM-ed you the details of my ticket on this forum. Could I please please get some help on this? (It would be good if you could see the pm for details, I'm trying my best not to reveal too much about myself on forums)

It shouldn't take that long, have you actually sent the ticket? and do you have the ticket # and email confirmation? Sometimes when you spend a long time writing the ticket it doesn't send even though it said it was sent.

Yes, I have the confirmation email with the ticket number. From there on, no reply. Did I miss anything?

No, you just need to wait maybe for a little longer, but I never had to wait up to more than a week for a ticket reply (max I experienced was 5 days) Maybe wait 1 to 3 more days and send the ticket again? Sometimes GM have to deal with a lot of complaints and other things so there might be delays

For anyone who submitted a ticket, got no reply for a long period of time, check your junk mail. The support team has actually replied me within 9 hours and it went into my junk mail. Using my junk mail with my PHONE, I was not able to see it. Only when I happened to be looking for some other mail in junk mail about 9+ days later, I realised that they replied me on the same day i submitted the ticket. Open your email on the net, not your phone.

 

I have gotten my item back. 

 

A big thank you to any support team members looking at this post.
