I shed a tear whenever these are actually bought and tested. It's been long established that even with max enchant bonuses alongside them the stones do squat.

It feels better if you think that they have 50% success, either they help or then they don't (usually don't).

Yup. They give just like 4% pure success rate? Or am i wrong? I mean if weapon dust would be way more expensive here it could be actually a usefull item. But since its so cheap u better go for more IS/RIS
