Urgent!,Unable to start Ragnarok game after Clicked the Play Button.

This problem occurred to me 6 months ago and it is still happening right up today.I was busy with work and don't have time to report this matter. I have taken some action in order to resolve the problem, such as I have uninstalled the Ragnarok game and reinstalled back many times and also remove the Antivirus software. Therefore my laptop does not have any antivirus at the moment. I recently updated my windows 8 to windows 10. I have google trying to search for the appropriate answer in order to resolve the problem on why the Ragnarok's Patch client is not launching the game after I click the Play Button. There is no precise and exact answer to resolve the problem and the problem still persist till today dated 28/06/16. Can someone please help me.

 

Let me give you an inside on what is happening right now:

1.I run the Ragnarok(Renewal) as usual.

2.The Client Patch Starts.

3.The patching Begin and completed.

4.The Play button Appears. 

5. Clicked on the play button and The Game DOES NOT START/RUN & NO Any RAGNAROK GAME WINDOWS APPEARS.

Check the following

  • Game executable files (e.g. Ragnarok.exe, Ragexe.exe, etc..) must be launched as an admin or set to run as an admin all the time.
  • Graphic Setting is properly adjusted in Setup.exe.

I have done all you have mentioned. But still no good. The Game Just isn't Starting. Please provide with any further advice???

Are there any relevant entries in the application event log? To view the application event log, do the following:
  • Open the start menu.
  • Type "event viewer" and then press enter.
  • In the left pane, choose Windows logsApplication.

VModCinnamon. Yes,  I did try the latest setup. Still nothing.

 

Axylus. I did follow the instructions/steps and there is not relevant entries in the application event log.

 

Please do help me.
