If i spend the 2000 KP after the maintenance the 30th will i still get the costume? It says after the 30th right  ?

It's always before the maintenance, usually.

We're rounding out the end of the month with a new promotion! If you spend or have spent 2000 kafra points between June 15th and June 30th you will receive the fantabulous Costume: Duneyrr helm through Code: The Redeemer after the 30th.

From Oda's post, it has to be spent before the maintenance on the 30th since they will distribute the costume after that

Just gotta talk to the NPC, if you spent the KP it will be in the drop down menu for you to claim.

 

You need to use a magnifier to identify it before you can use it.
