They should have been fixed since the update. Can someone link me a primovidial biskra armor/jewels?

They are the same exact as they used to be except they now have lvl 0 requirement.
This gear is specifically for 49 twinks

no a lvl 0 item should never bind...

yep, makes no sence at all, lv o itens that are bound, and only usefull at low lvs, veryy cooll

my bad, the Primordial biskra weapons are lv 0, any lv can use  it, they have same stats than normal lv 68

Good update primordial biskra items.
Good gear for low level.
Since 1 level can be an op with primordial biskra items.
I hope even open low level FOC.
Enchant good also. 250 accuracy/evasion

honestly there should be no class restrictions or binding on this stuf. the more it gets traded the better the economy.

 

no fukin lvl 0 item should bind....period
